We report long-term UBV observations of 15 bright, active Be stars, namely:
X Persei, EW Canis Majoris, theta Coronae Borealis, 4 (V839) Herculis, 88
(V744) Herculis, 66 (V2048) Ophiuchi, NW Serpentis, CX Draconis, 12 (V395)
Vulpeculae, 28 (V1624) Cygni, QR Vulpeculae, 59 (V832) Cygni, EW Lacertae,
o Andromedae, and KX Andromedae. The observations were made in 1996-1999 th
rough the Automatic Photometric Telescope Service in Arizona and through th
e American Association of Variable Star Observers (AAVSO) photoelectric pho
tometry program and have been added to a database extending back 20 years.
We describe the stars' recent behavior and also comment on the long-term be
havior of some of them. They vary photometrically on timescales ranging fro
m about a day to many years.
