Abstract
A novel heat-resist optical waveguide silicone copolymer was successfully d eveloped, with refractive index controllability between 1.558 and 1.523 by partially changing the substituent in the side chain, and high transparency in the visible and near-infrared region, 0.6-1.7 mum.
