Abstract
Multiple ocular associations with Duane syndrome have been reported as summ arized by DeRespinis et al.(1) The most frequently noted include nystagmus, anisocoria, ptosis, optic nerve colobomas, and epibulbar dermoids. Less en countered abnormalities are optic nerve hypoplasia, heterochromia, and cong enital cataract. To our knowledge, no reports of associated congenital glau coma exist in the literature. We report a 10-year-old patient with bilatera l Duane syndrome and bilateral congenital glaucoma who we have monitored fo r 7 months after birth.
