The vast body of evidence, analysis and judgment within the Bristol Inquiry report gives rise to a host of recommendations for change. Most are releva nt to health systems everywhere and to all parts of those health systems. S ome raise issues which cry out to be addressed within the education, traini ng and development of all health professionals.
