We measured the specific heat. thermal expansion coefficient, magnetization
, electrical resistivity, magnetoresistance and de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) e
ffect in PrSn3. The dense Kondo effect was confirmed from a negative magnet
oresistance and the presence of heavy electrons with the cyclotron effectiv
e mass of 8-9m(o) for the main Fermi surface. A magnetic anisotropy was fou
