Abstract
We successfully prepared the superionic composites in which only the high-t emperature phase of alpha -AgI was stabilized at room temperature in a supe rionic glassy matrix by a simple procedure with heating and consecutive coo ling of AgI-Ag2O-MoO3 glasses. In the composites, alpha -AgI microcrystals were dispersed in the glassy matrix.
