We carried out time-resolved magneto-photoluminescence experiments in dilut
ed magnetic semiconducting Cd1-xMnxTe MBE grown epilayers to study the exci
tonic localization mechanisms. We found that, for samples with a high nun-r
adiative recombination rate, the luminescence intensity and the decay time
decrease significantly under a magnetic field. This shows that the magnetic
localization dominates over the non-magnetic localization when magnetic po
