Assuming that the neutrino is a massless left-handed Dirac particle, we sho
w that the neutrino anapole moment a(v) and the neutrino charge radius (r(v
)(2)) satisfy the simple relation a(v) = (r(v)(2))/6, in the context of the
Standard Model of the electroweak interactions. We also show that the neut
rino electroweak anapole moment a(vt)(EW) and the neutrino electroweak char
ge radius [R-v1(2)]EW, which have been defined through the v(l)l' scatterin
g at the one-loop level and are physical quantities, also obey the relation
a(vl)(EW) = [r(vt)(2)](EW)/6.
