Abstract
Relativistic multireference many-body perturbation theory is employed to ca lculate the energy spectra, magnetic-dipole, and electric-quadrupole transi tion probabilities of the lowest P-3(J) fine-structure states of ions in th e silicon isoelectronic sequence. Theoretical lifetimes of the P-3(1,2) sta tes are evaluated and compared with recent experiments.
