Magnetic quantum oscillations of a quasi-two-dimensional metal kappa-(BETS)
(2)C(CN)(3) have been investigated at ambient pressure as well as under pre
ssure up to 9 kbar in magnetic fields up to 25T. At ambient pressure both S
hubnikov-de Haas and de Haas-van Alphen effects were studied. In addition t
o the previously observed frequencies, a new low frequency F-lambda(theta)
= F-lambda0/cos(theta) has been found at tilted fields with F-lambda0 = 120
T. This frequency strongly interferes with the magnetic-breakdown frequenc
y F-beta, giving rise to additional peaks in the Fourier spectrum, Fbeta-la
