Abstract
The electron paramagnetic resonance signals attributed to the triplet state of the positive-hole pairs on oxide ions are observed in (100-x) Bi2O3. xL i(2)O glass (x = 25, 30, 35 mol%). So far as we know, this is the first exp erimental observation of the triplet oxygen hole center in oxide glasses.
