Abstract
We report a patient with paraneoplastic pemphigus associated with a thymic tumour. Immunoblot study using affinity-purified gamma -catenin protein rev ealed that his serum recognized gamma -catenin (plakoglobin) in epidermal, thymic tumour and mouse bladder extracts.
