The result of a search for gaugino pair production with a trilepton signatu
re is reinterpreted in the framework of minimal supergravity (MSUGRA) with
R-parity violation via leptonic lambda Yukawa couplings. The search used 95
pb(-1) of p (p) over bar collisions at root s = 1.8 TeV recorded by the D
empty set detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. A large domain of the MSUGRA p
arameter space is excluded for lambda(121), lambda(122)greater than or equa
l to 10(-4).
