Abstract
A separate-type two-dimensional 8 x 3 folded-slot array antenna was fabrica ted using photolithography and wet etching, and the receiving properties fo r 94-GHz millimeter wave radiation were investigated theoretically and expe rimentally in order to improve the receiving gain of a separate-type slot a ntenna. The fabricated folded-slot array antenna had a power gain of 12.5 d Bi which was 10.5 dB larger than the single slot antenna at 94 GHz.
