Abstract
The fourth rank polarization tensors of gamma-gamma scattering via W-b oson loops in the standard model by using a nonlinear R(xi) gauge, and via charged scalar meson loops in some nonstandard models are calcula ted in terms of three transcendental functions of B(x), T(x), and I(x, y). Expressions for the helicity amplitudes are also presented. The to tal cross section of gamma-gamma scattering via W-boson loops in the l ow energy approximation agrees with what was gained by using a linear R(xi) gauge. Also a summary of our calculation of Z --> gamma gamma ga mma via W-boson loops in the nonlinear R(xi) gauge is given, which agr ees with the results of Glover and Morgan.
