Abstract
Homocysteine is thought to be a risk factor for vascular disease and this h as led to an increase in demand for its assay in clinical laboratories. An HPLC method, incorporating electrochemical detection, for measurement of pl asma total homocysteine is presented. The method is simple to perform, prec ise and suitable for clinical applications.
