Abstract
We present structural studies of C-60/Pd multilayers and its electrica l conductivity. The C-60/Pd multilayers were prepared by alternated de position of sputtered Pd and sublimated C-60 on NaCl and glass substra tes. The structures of as-deposited and annealed C-60/Pd multilayers w ith period d approximate to 1.0 Mn and d approximate to 3.0 mn were ob served using transmission electron microscope, a single crystal phase with a hexagonal axis was observed in both annealed samples. Electrica l conductance was measured in situ annealing.
